To remove stickers.
Hot days are always best (today is excellent)
Get started in one of the corners. Pull off gradually and evenly. Aviod scrapers if possible
If the glue is sticky, use a hair dryer to soften it up
Use WD40 or CRC to remove the excess glue prior to fitting new sticker
If all else fails, break window !!

Apologies but I haven't tried to take previous stickers off. I keep them on to remind people that I'm not a bandwagon supporter.
My 2003 & 2004 are still there (seen better days) but my 2005 version became unstuck & I lost it.
The 2006 & 2007 are still firmly in place as well as this years.
p,s, I got the car in 2003.

Ended up using a blunt knife and scraping for 20 minutes.
When it came to adhesive decals and adhesives in general, GT was well behind the times and out of his depth IMO....

I'm with you. We're not some Johnny come lately supporters. My "Signed Sealed Sainters: 05 Sticker is still there (in B&W though). I've also got the 06 & 07 stickers. Once we win the flag this year my bumperbar will be worth an absolute fortune on E-Bay.Launcestonsaint wrote:Apologies but I haven't tried to take previous stickers off.
