Meanwhile Riewoldt said his knee was coming good after a bout of tendonitis interrupted his pre-season.
"It was just precautionary in the pre-season to miss those first few games but it's pulled up really well the last two weeks and another two weeks off now will do the world of good," Riewoldt said.
Asked when he expected his knee to return to full strength, Riewoldt said, "It's hard to put a figure on that sort of stuff but I'm capable of playing and I think I'm contributing well to the team and the knee's not going to stop me from doing that."

ive had tendonitis of the accillies i hurts like buggery when its cold but once you warm it up it hurts less . from memory it only lasted bout 3 weeks for me but im not a professional footballer who runs every day so who knows .i dont think its damaging just painful more like and inflamation
