I spent my summer working back to fitness by myself thanks to the program designed for me by our new fitness staff. After pulling up fine from our win over Essendon, I would have to say the groin surgery and the training have done wonders.

I distinctly remember playing a qualifying final at AAMI Stadium in 2005 in front of 48,000 fans. 47,500 of them were Adelaide fans who were giving it to us for causing the upset. Hopefully the result is the same this weekend
