List changes for '09.

Jumper Numbers have nothing do do with the numbers of players that can be on our list.

Apart from Number 4 there are many other "vacant" numbers of "numbers" that have been worn by players in the past.

At the moment we have no vacant numbers between 1 and 47 except for #4. Hence my using this as an indicator of list numbers.

It's easier than counting players

Obviously if we had players with #95 and #49 i'd count them too.

It's just quite convenient that at the moment we have #1 to #47 (excluding #4) and 7 rookies.
