saints.com.au has new video of training up
the big roo looks pretty sharp
no substance to the rumours by the look of it...

Is it just me or has the Saints Central TV guys been a little more active of late ?

notice the right knee is quite heavily bandaged. doesn't seem to be restricting his movement too much though

but i dont think its to bad if he can do what he was doing, he wasnt moving to awkward or anything

Damn bigpond streaming video sucks. Instead of buffering when you pause and let it load the whole lot (like youtube and other flash based media players), it tries to play whatever it can in real time, and if you miss out, then too bad.

I'm on a decent speed DSL, too.
