'08 Training Tops

Hey just wondering what you guys thought of them?
Did anyone buy any?

Personally I loved them, partly because of how they looked and mostly because it proves that the people in charge pay close attention to Saintsational...

I bought both a white and a black sleeveless one and am hoping to go to the club in the next couple of weeks and get the numbers 11 and 19 put on them...

For 50$ I believe they are a pretty good buy, I strongly recomend you go buy one, if they sell well it will put even more power in forumite's hands and the more money to the club the better.

Being only 50$ compared to the home jumper's 110$ I have just about convinced a few casual saints supporting mates to buy one...

i dnt see them but i heard they were alright

i tell you what i did like. the media shirts that roos and the boys in the box were wearing they looked flash

what I didn't get was a clear photo of the new run out top.
like the tops they wore at the itnra club but with large Clob logo in centre front.

I bought one of the training singlets at the intra club but i'd really like to get my hands on one of the training guernsey's the players wore in the intra club game.

Be nice too if the icons to click on were updated and didnt have the 07 stock still on them...and the mention of Christmas

Makes people think that the new gear isnt there if what you are clicking still has vodaphone and Bill Express all over it

Yeah, it is a pretty poor effort, hopefully saintcentral will be able to improve on things like this....

I saw someone on the train wearing one of them, they look a lot better in person than they do in that photo, they look really orange there...

On entering the stadium Friday I caught the new tracksuit top for sale out the corner of my eye and bought one on the spot ($35)... apart from my scarf, it's the first piece of Saints or football clothing I've ever bought... and the only thing I've seen I would ever considered wearing away from a game... it's very cool.

yeah
i bought a white training top on friday night.
very good fit because they are stretchy, so they will go over a rain coat or jumper easily!

Gotta ask - are the slerevless ones singlets or jumpers - they looked kind of singlet-y to me, but I hear them refered to as jumpers.

If they actually are jumpers, I'll buy one, they look good, but what i'm really looking at is that awesome run out top!

they are singlets! they are not as thick as the official players jumpers, very thin and you would get cold easily if you wore it with nothing under

yeh very thin if i was to wear any of those mesh things i would wear the shirt. singlet very good to train in

I don't think I've seen it, Do you mean a track jacket type thing? because for 35$ I would definitely buy one...

Yep, it's like a black collar-less zip-up tracky top, with the red and white 'GT' stripes about 2cm thick running horizontally across the chest, 'St Kilda' written just above them on the left side and the emblem on the shoulder... very understated and good value.

Inside gate 6... I tried to find it on the website to show a friend but it aint there.
