why can't I watch Bigpond TV?

Hope it's not just me having a 'senior moment' but this is frustrating the **** out of me.

I go to the saints website, I click on the video and audio and i get a black screen that says bigpond tv but it does nothing , I hit 'help' and still nothing . I use mozilla usually and know this can sometimes be a problem so I tried IE and still get the same 'nothings'

I am a bigpond user so what's wrong

Does anyone else have the same problem Can anyone help me, please

I just tried- highlights- intraclub and it worked.

i don't have bigpond subscription so never try match vision- so i only try the red camera's not the blue ones with the locks

I think I saw some SS'ers on the intraclub vision.

Even if you are on BigPond broadband (like me) clicking om AFL Video requires an authorisation pop-up window to be completed before the game will start. If you have pop-ups turned off you'll need to allow them for this site. After authorisation is completed the match should start playing (but there will be an ad first)

thanks - have allowed pop-ups but still no luck, thanks anyway. I will have to try something else
