Greg Westaway - who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
Ross Levin - who resigned and was reappointed since last meeting will retire, and being eligible, will offer himself for election for a further term
Nathan Burke - who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
John Gdanski -will retire and being eligible,will offer himself for re-election for a further term
Simon Grant- who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
Andrew Thompson -who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
6 vacancies- 6 nominations- Numbers do not exceed vacancies etc etc wil be duly elected at Annual general meeting.

For the looks of the changes being proposed the old constitution must have been severely out of date with heaps of irrelevances and holes big enough to run a truck through.
any idea when they will put the financial report on the website? Would like to see it before I go to the AGM
