Training in 40 degree heat !!

Lets hope that the boys are being looked after in this heat. Early morning training times, team meetings in air-conditioned comfort, indoor training, plenty of fluids etc etc;

It was that hot this afternoon that we melted the road when performing a 3 Point Turn in Forest Hill

A legitimate manouevre, but geez we left a few fairly deep craters in the road

. 17" wheels with wide tyres doesn't help !!

Begging my ignorance re: player conditioning...........

Wouldn't have hurt them to have their guts busted on at least one forty plus day.

As long as they are properly looked after following the session.

Some of them could do with toughening up.

There are way to many soft c*cks in our team re hard arsed training in our off season.

OR....should we just blame our (previous) shytouse programs that brought us into almost every new season massively underdone???
