Pretty much throw up a footballers name in the subject field and watch continuous game of ping pong as one member slags a player followed by an inevitable retort. Whether its most recently Nathan Ablett or Trent Knobel to some hack from the 70's, never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to slag a player, particularly those that may leave the club without distinction or just simply opted out. Then the inevitable crap about lack of loyalty and various physical or skill deficiencies.
I don't know people bother - players don't give a toss! To them its mostly just fast money and fast women. Nathan Ablett's departure (and Ben Cousins to another extent) from the game was the best wake up call for anyone who still considers there is merit in the AFL - I mean, how many 20 year old kids want to physically kill themselves 365 days a year and be in the constant eye of the media and be accountable for just about every action they make? Stuff that, let me go down to the pub with my mates without being front page news the following day. The game today is like Jesus Christ - overrated, overexposed and far too may s....hole disciples who are too thick to figure it out!

And you have the gall to be all high and mighty about slander and backbiting, you've just opened up a gigantic can of worms with this ill-informed and offensive comment.
