TV coverage for 2008 season
just wondering now that we have HD TV on channel 7 and TEN and that it basically is a seperate channel will us interstate Footy followers be spared the irritating times when the saints game clashes with the local teams game on fox hence the local network running the fox feed as well as fox running it so now there is an alternate FTA channel would they then pick up the saints game ?

You will wake up from this dream soon. This is one that you can't blame the AFL for. The FTA Networks paid a lot of money for footy and ratings generate $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Vic teams won't rate in WA when head to head with the local teams. You will probably get the locals on 3 channels and saints games will still be stuck with those irritating times !!
