Position Vacant - Casey Scorpions Football Club

The Casey Scorpions are seeking applications for a RESERVES COACH for season 2008.

The successful applicant will work in conjunction with Senior Coach - Greg Hutchison. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of developing players on the Casey Scorpions playing list, and when necessary our AFL alignment with St Kilda FC.

Minimum of Level 1 coaching certificate is required

Hmm, where can one pick up a Coaching certificate? I wouldn't mind coaching Juniors.

I've got my Level 1 Certificate. I did the course through the WAFL. Only takes a day.Level 1 is required for all couches of Junior football.

The AFL runs the same course in each state. You don't have to be affiliated with any club to do the course.

I think the drive from Perth for the training sessions and games would make coaching Casey a little difficult.

my gut churns thinking of 97;
2009 was agony,
2010a was a pleasure to watch only to be devastated by 2010 b.
It hurts barracking for the Saints

and DON't Fly Tiger- On the bench
more concelled flights I heard of today. although free ticket given.

I heard a little while ago that all players who play (here's where I'm hazy)
it was either so many games or for so many years automatically gain level 1- not sure it is also linked to completing AFL and AFLPA run courses.

Nothing to do with playing at any level. Must do a course to get level 1.
