The Dream Phone Tap

A modern day fairy tale...
"Ring Ring, Ring Ring"
Lenny/Ball/Roo: G Train, it's me. How's it going over there?
G: Not great mate, my lovely lady is no more.
L/B/R: That's not good mate, I am sorry to hear that.
G: How's it going back at the Saints?
L/B/R: Actually really good. The new guys we have brought on board have been great. The fitness dude is top class, the new board seems really switched on, Ross and the boys have a year under their belt and we have new training facilities planned for Franger! We even recruited well with some young guys from the Swans and a bit more depth. Plus a ruckman who is over 6 foot.
G: Sounds cool. Interesting you should say all that cos apart from Helga going back to the Alps, I have been missing being wth the boys. Most of all I think there is still some unfinished business with the Saints. I think we can still get the Holy Grail and I reckon I am up for it!
L/B/R: G Spot, are you sure? You can have some crazy ideas and sometimes mate, I gotta say...sometimes you, um, don't seem to really want to play footy.
G: I know I know, but I think we had a disappointing year, I have cleared my mind and footy and the Saints mean everything to me. You are a long time retired L/B/R and there are plenty of da lovely ladeez back in Melbourne and some of them even speak English!
L/B/R: Why don't you nominate for the draft, tell every bobcat you will only play for the Saints and you can play for 100K plus match payments so we can still fit you under the cap?
G: Fine idea that. I have so many properties now I don't need money from the Saints and I've gotta say if you think that petrol is expensive, come over and check it out here in Switzerland - it's enough to make you yodel!
L/B/R: See you around Christmas then MulletMan and pick me up a litre of Bundy and a carton of Winnie Blues on the way home Judy Free!
G: No worries mate, but no drinkin', smokin' or cussin' after training starts...I am off to ring Matthew Drain and consult my manager in the mirror! Might ring 1800 Reverse though, I just bought a lift ticket for a week of Alpine skiing and I'm skint!
The rest is history.....

It sort of like a joke, but pretty much based on truth, but mostly and importanly, doesn't need explaining.
