B.Hall V W.Mason box on boys
A boxing match is being promoted for a stoush between Barry Hall and Willie Mason
$100,000 each if they take the offer
Mason is in training already but they think Hall wont take up the challenge
Hall needs a spark after the 07 season and this could be just the thing to get it back they are saying.
Interesting to read that they think Hall could earn around 10 million if he turns to boxing.

i reckon hall will smash mason.
there is something seething and powerful in barry hall.
was sad to see him go
back when we used to beat port adelaide, I remember paxman belting hall after he took a mark, and Hall just turned around and gave him a smile, the psycho smile, and chested him back, paxman ducked his head, and hall owned every time they played afterwards.

Going back a while Dan,
When was the last time we beat Port, Bary was most likley still with us the last time we beat them its been that long.
The Sydney life has rubbed off on Bazza and he's as soft as Mundines jaw nowa days, Mason i think would get him with a lucky one and he would drop to the canvas, he's nothing like the old Bazza anymore.
I can only hope he gets knocked out anyway
I reckon Goose would get front row seats

the game I remember was in waverley park in hte 90s.
perhaps he is soft, but I just loved the way he managed to psyche him out, and beat him without any violence.
for the next couple of games I saw port front up with paxman, hall would try and make eye contact with him... I was behind the goals at arctic park, and you could feel the fear coming off paxman.

I'd be surprised if Hall was easily beaten.
I was also sad to see him go, but it was blatantly obvious he'd lost his way with the Saints. We didn't need another passenger and he need to find himself again. It was a win/win situation at the time IMO

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

Yeah he was definitely a liability at the Saints, his move to the Swans was the best thing that could have occurred for both parties.St. Luke wrote:I'd be surprised if Hall was easily beaten.
