seeing Cousins has been charged with bringing the Game into shyt will the AFL Mafia do the same to Pratt the thieving low life scum(Robbed every Aussie of hard earned dollars) and demand he be removed from a Club Pressy job
If not Cousins lawyers will have a fieldday.

Ok feel free to correct me at any time because I'm probably wrong, I'm only going from what I've heard.
But apparently Pratt and Visy robbed the Australian public of over 730 Million dollars and he was then fine 73 Million dollars. By my math he is still 657 Million ahead, that's hardly much of a deterrent, it's like scoring 15 Mil in a bank robbery and being forced to pay a fine for parking your getaway car in a no parking zone.

two things:

1. Precedent. Pratt's predecesors include John Elliott & George Harris. Neither of them were ever charged with bringing the game into disrepute.

2. At this point in time Ben Cousins has not been convicted of anything that would bring the game into disrepute. This should not be confused with what he has been charged with or his alleged drug habit. Lets remember that he is alleged to have been addicted for a number of years yet hadn't ever been tested positive up until the start of this year. That alone is enough to charge the architect of the AFL drug code with bringing the game into disrepute !!

The fine was just over $36Mill. A number of companies including Coca Cola & Fosters have started legal action to recover the $700 Mill+ !!

Yea I thought it was 36 Mil but I thought they lifted it to 70, I wonder what sort of case those companies would have, surely they wouldn't have lost much money... They had better forward the money to the customer.
