Has returned perhaps to face the charges levelled against him by the AFL.
Will be interesting to see the outcome of his appearance before the AFL Commission on 19 November.
P.S. Apologies for the new thread but I couldn't get the the last page of the previous Cousins-LA thread to open.

Does anyone else get the feeling that this is going to end up like Princess Di or Anna Nicole Smith?
I wonder if the chasers have penned the lyrics to the Ben Cousins verse in their top blokes after death song.
I thought I would give them a bit of a head start
Ben Cousins was a superstar who got caught with drugs in his car, he fled the land and refused to shake the great man's hand.
But all that's now forgotten once he took his final breath... yes even druggos turn to top blokes after death.

Former West Coast Eagles star Ben Cousins has reportedly arrived back in Australia from drug rehabilitation in the United States.
Cousins today flew into Sydney, where he would continue his rehab before returning to Western Australia, Perth radio station 6PR said.
The one-time AFL star was last month sacked by the Eagles after a string of off-field incidents, some of them drug-related. He flew to Los Angeles for a second stint of rehab on October 25.
Cousins reportedly landed at Sydney International airport at 9am (AEDT) with his father Bryan Cousins.
The report said Cousins had completed some outpatient work in Los Angeles.
Earlier this month, the AFL charged Cousins with bringing the game into disrepute.
The former Eagles captain is due to answer the charge at AFL headquarters in Melbourne on November 19.
The AFL has not said whether the charge relates to a specific incident involving the 29-year-old, or to his behaviour over a sustained period.
The Eagles sacked Cousins after he was arrested in Perth and charged with possession of an illegal drug and failing to take a blood test.
The possession charge was subsequently dropped, but Cousins must return to Perth Magistrates Court next January to fight the charge of failing to take the blood test.

Yes he is taking rehab seriously
Statement released from the Malibu based summit revealed that he was in there last weekend for an evaluation only by the facility's clinical director, which in return supports the beleif of family and freinds that Ben HAS NOT returned to using illicit drugs and that he remains hell bent on continuing to MANAGE and beat his PAST drug addiction.
There has been many media reports that Ben was returning to continue
in-patient treatment for the addiction but THAT IS NOT TRUE the statement revealed.
Ben has returned to Australia with the agreement and the support of the summits clinical director to defend the ALLEGATIONS against him
Bens prognosis for success and a full recovery is excellent.
Ben also has the support of the AFLPA and his manager Nixon and could take the charge to the supreme court with both parties backing IF he is suspended.
Just some facts that have come out in the media from the people that matter that i thought i would post for all those in here that want to keep talking shyte at the drop of a headline and think he is finished and that i'm in a so called fairy land, I dont seem to be on my own according to that media release.
Hope RL is on the phone as we speak

Don't really spend my time worrying about junkies, thank you.
How about: because its a free forum and I can post as I see fit too?
Thats very moral of you riccardo:roll:
You are a clown and to think you were going to give the saints away over this, hope you do because if you think you can type what ever you want about someone and be moral at the same time is ridiculous, so go away and barrack for someone else then since we are free to say as we please
Really c'mon think about it
