there are atleast 4 teams training BUT have we heard of anyone other than Carlton

Lions, Bulldogs, Hawks and now Freo are all or part out there on the track.

The main thing I noticed was the OPTUS brand everywhere at Carlton's training.

I wish Vodaphone all the best since they decided to leave my beloved Saints.

Cousins may not have Judd's pace, but his ability to get the ball is better, as is his hardness at the ball.

Saints wont need to close training then - all media at mc labour

and personally I can do without the 'influence' in any shape or form of the 'relative' don't need the disruption.

So remind me why we would be stupid to have a crack at him again "IF" he is going to play.

There are way to many reasons to get him than not get him.

Johns is still a ledgend up north yet he is in the same boat as Cousens only difference is one is still able to play and wants to continue in 08.

Alot of players are doing drugs(on strikes) and its only Benny that is being targeted because he has had the balls to say he had a problem with it and actually did something about it so when you actually look at it that way he is in a better position than those who are yet to come out and say the same thing (we all know which player/s are in strife yet we cant name them) but we dont seem to have a problem with that because its kept behind the AFL doors, WHY because we want them playing the game.

Get a photo of Roo and Cousens together at training having a laugh similar to those with Hamil in the past and a few would eat there words IMO. Wish the media were all over us like Carlton and they might just be after the draft.

I really think you underestimate Judds ability to win his own ball.....

In fact Cousins is much more of a reciever when compared to Judd.

On that form alone Cousens would win 10 out of 10.

Judd needs to prove himself again a bit like what Bally has been through over the last cuople of seasons.

Im sorry, but thats an extremely simplistic view, Judd is a superstar and all this bulls*** from Saints fans comparing him to Ball is laughable. A lot on here feel the need to underrate Judd and his injury just because of Ball and his problems. The two shouldnt be compared.

Ball has had his injury problems, no doubting that. Actually, absolutely no one doubts that. But to say Judd needs to prove himself by linking his situation to Bally is a terrible take on the performances and achievements of Chris Judd.

Yep Dan I kind of get that by now

I see him as a great player that HAD a problem with drugs and is living his life in the hands of those around him that will guide him with the knowledge of the law espeically when he is being targeted with every move he makes.

Facts are you have nothing on him yet you still have a very strong opinion that he is a cheat and i dont think he would ever of been able to get away with it on game day and i think any player would not risk it.

You think they are getting on the gear at half time with no risk at all

so it is how you see things.

IMO it doesn't.

I would love to win a premiership at st kilda, but to have a dirtbag like cousins enjoying it would taint it.

IMO spider by and large is a selfish arrogant dill but as far as I know he isn't a drug cheat, so I would rather a turd like him at st kilda with a premiership cup than cousins.

Spinner Judd was a mirror image of Ball in those last few games that he played he couldnt kick over a jam tin with no pace and his reactions were EXACTLEY the same as Balls when he was in trouble.

How can you not compare them when they are/were the same injury?

Yes he has had surgery and i hope he recovers well but he still needs to prove that he is over the problem and that wont happen until he gets through PLENTY of football next season.
