Should we be looking at appointing a part-time consultant from the Gaelic Association to assist us in unearthing a potential recruit? Collingwood, Sydney, Brisbane and Carlton have all signed first-team players from Ireland - with a fair degree of success - and have more waiting in the wings... I think this is something we should definitely do - as the gun Irish youngsters are extremely athletic and have experience with kicking a ball (albeit not an oval one).
The Saints are coming!

Not sure about the rules, but I have it on good authority that we're chasing a youngster from some Eastern European country...Saint 58 wrote:Don't give up your day jobs guys ...
Back on topic, does anyone know the rules regarding international recruits, surely it's not just open slather ?
"Hungary?"
"No thanks, just had breakfast."

Sorry Flying High Joke.
Yes as I understand it it is...biggest bribe or biggest smoozer wins...
You get a player to say that he will play with you and you can then list him asa an international rookie. If you have an agreement with that player no other club can draft him.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
