we made the finals three years running and were the best victorian club. this is what i meant by stronger ... but i'm only going on football results, an unfashionable idea though that might be.
as i said, let's hope the new administration can lift us back to where we belong and onwards to a premiership
Oh When the Saints wrote:Thomas is too divisive and alienates as many people as he endears himself to. You can't have someone around like that if you want a united football club.
same could be said of any leader in any organisation i guess. no-one has 100 per cent backing from everyone ... just isn't human nature.

It is fact that no leader has everyone's backing.
However, that is no mandate to alienate and divide.
This discussion is pointless anyway. Clearly you have your own opinion and I have mine, so let's move on ...... PM me if you want to take it further.
They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.
We have got rid of the cancer of RB and GT and now some people want to bring back all that divisiveness
Fair Dinkum Thomas went years ago and people still carry a candle for the bloke
FGS get over it.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)
It appears to be one of either: R.Shaw, N.Daniher or D.Frawley - which iis a prtetty good group to pick from. My preference - Robert Shaw.
I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

How about drawing up a list of required capabilities...?????
One characteristic has to be strong people skills and the ability to get people to work together.....which is why I smile about the suggestion to appoint GT in the role.... a person who has a track record of divsion in organsitaion after organsiation.
GT polarises people...and such a personality type is not the type you want in this position.
We also want best of breed...and someone not learning as he goes.......so from this and other factors Shaw would appear to be the best person that we could get.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
