I know captains have been traded, or retired.
But has a captain ever been delisted?

next poll-:P how big will Lance get-
dissappointing BUT he had been given many opportunities and given his body type would surely have always known he had to work very hard to stay in touch in this game.

Can i ask who will play CHF for the rabble now with Witnall, kouta and Kennedy not at carlton anymore. They have very little bodies able to take a half foward line.
Will it simply be Judd to Judd to Fevola.
Waite will stay down back imo otherwise they will be conceding even bigger scores.
A lot of pressure rests on Brad Fisher now, i think they should have stayed with him for another season.

I think its more the fact he is a "professional athlete" playing AFL FOOTBALL is the reason why he is much maligned about his weight; its not completely fair but reality is that everyone, even on here are harsh critics of football and it wouldnt take many people long to notice that Lance didnt quite have the body of a professional athlete, although he possessed so much creative talent.Saints Premiers 2006 wrote:as anyone sad to see him go???
i am...i thought he was a good player that was very creative and was unfairly maligned...
i ask the question...how many people on this forum as overweight yourself???yet you pay this man out for being slightly so...
Funny thing is that he won their B & F last year

please, i hope we don't look at whitnall....he is the most over rated player in the comp in my opinion, no-one even rates him any more though i suppose.
he didnt have a couple of good seasons at the start of his career, but is hopeless now. we don't need him, we would be better off now chasing a young ruckman in the PSD or if we were to go a forward I would prefer Mark Williams (if he is delisted)

Whitnall???
Why would you look at him......big slow forwards are not want to overstock your forward line with.....
With Kosi in our forward line in 2008 there is no room for anyone else less mobile.....
For a third tall...Allen and Gilbert are much better emerging options.

Absolutely, OWTS. Invite the guy for a pre-season and tell him to bust his gut into ridiculous shape.
If he gets his body right, offer a performance based one-year deal.
I actually think he is probably motivated enough, I just doubt whether he can get his body to where it needs to be.
The Bulldogs, if they overlook Ian Perrie, might fancy giving him a chance.

Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.

Why on earth would you bother and waste the time giving him a preseason?
Last thing we need is another player who finds it hard to stay on the park.
I actually feel a little sorry for Lance after what he had to put himself through in round 22. The poor bastard busted a gut when he could hardly kick over a jam jar. If his knee was stuffed prior to that then I'd hate to think what shape it's in now.
Let someone else waste their time with him. We need pace, not some lumbering invalid.

God no, please please please do not look at Whitnall.
I'd say the payment to Judd and his dodgy knee have combined to force fatty off the Blues list.
Maybe the Bulldogs might have a crack as they didn't land a key forward in trade week after supposedly having a crack and many?
