Are we still bagging Sheldon?
Supporters from other clubs seem to think we have done very well with our trading. Just interested to know about our feelings for Sheldon now. Do we love or hate him?
Innocent until proven guilty!

Peakr would have nothing to do with it. Two people only would do it and they are KS and RL. Well done both of them.claystreet wrote:Dont care either way about KS havent bagged him
was surprised to see him back at the club though
dont believe hes had much to do with the draft
Peake and Lyon have done the work IMHO

interesting assumption considering his Geelong contacts
Nothing to do with the cats picks. They had to go because of salary cap. Would have been delisted. We need a ruckman and Gardiner may replace Watts.claystreet wrote:Your saying Peake would have had nothing to do with itplugger66 wrote:Peakr would have nothing to do with it. Then why didnt the cats make the offer to the other clubs for 11/10ths of Jack Shyte i believe because Peake was in the knowplugger66 wrote:Nothing to do with the cats picks. They tried to trade King and Gardiner earlier in the week. No one wanted them so they traded them as a favour to the players so they would know who they are playing for before the PSD.claystreet wrote:Then why didnt the cats make the offer to the other clubs for 11/10ths of Jack Shyte i believe because Peake was in the knowplugger66 wrote:Nothing to do with the cats picks. There was only assumption that King would be traded and rumour today he would be delistedplugger66 wrote:They tried to trade King and Gardiner earlier in the week. So why did they do the trade for a pick they will not use if they we not going to be delisted?claystreet wrote:There was only assumption that King would be traded and rumour today he would be delistedplugger66 wrote:They tried to trade King and Gardiner earlier in the week. Credit where credit is due. K.S & G.L have done a terrific job this week. In reality we have only given up no.26. I dont think we've even used high picks like 90 over the last few years. Schneider is a quality pick, the other three, who knows, if one or two of them fire, great, if not, nothing much lost. I thought Kings form in the two G.Fs he played in were pretty solid, and would be rapt if he took that form into next season. Bit hard to rate Dempster, as you dont really know the instructions he was given at Sydney, seems to come across as a fairly dour type, but again playing for Sydney could have Gary Ablett looking dour.

Had nothing to do with Peake. They did it before the PSD so the players would know where they are playing.stinger wrote:claystreet wrote:[

King said in his interview that he was happy to come to the Saints as we will be playing finals...and that he did not want to play fora club that was still rebuilding (ie like the Blues).
He sees that he only hasa few years yet and wants to play with a team that has good chance of success.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
