Just in case you've been asleep the last few weeks Mooksy, King was picked AHEAD of Blake (who btw is still a better ruckman than either of Rix or Brooks) for the grannie. King at least held his own against Lade/Brogan. Perhaps for the first time in living memory we won't be bent over by the Port Adelaide ruck division next year.
And Gardiner - well I don't know much about him but he played in the VFL premiers and I'd be willing to bet he's at least on a par if not better than Watts, Brooks in the scrap for back-up FF.
All for pick #90 (i.e. nothing)

TRADE FOURTEEN:
West Coast Eagles receive: Western Bulldogs picks No.22 and No.54.
Western Bulldogs receive: West Coast Eagles picks No.30, No.35 and No.62.
must be part of the McMahon/ Morton deal?

Proudly assuming the title of forum Oracle and serving as the inaugural Saintsational ‘weak as piss brigade’ President.
Let's just watch his body pack up. I will put my nuts on it. What a waste.Richter wrote:Just in case you've been asleep the last few weeks Mooksy, King was picked AHEAD of Blake (who btw is still a better ruckman than either of Rix or Brooks) for the grannie. Perhaps they will now use pick 90 for donohue instead of their fourth rounder?ausfatcat wrote:they have to use it now that have traded for it.Apu wrote:I think you may have hit the nail on the head here. This was probably done to help out King as Saint have a better shot at a premiership in the next 2 years than blues or tigers. Geelong would not even use pick 90Dan Warna wrote:king was going to be delisted, this is just respect to him so he doesnt play for carlton or richmond
