#9 for Adcock?

Not a rumour just a thought......

Much better value imo than Schneider through the midfield.... and I think it should be a quality midfielder that we pursue.

Not too many ready made onballers in this years draft by the time we get to #9

adcock just signed a new deal with the lions...players normally arnt traded weeks after re-signing

Up until about 2 weeks ago I thought players weren't allowed to be traded within a year of signing a new contract, no idea where I heard that from, as for not being traded so soon after signing a new deal didn't Schnider just sign a new one?

If we do get Schneider, which will help with midfield rotations as well as the forward line, add Geary and Armitage, does this mean Pick 9 may be used for a big defender instead of a midfielder or will we still go with a mid?

I think we will still to our philosophy of get the best player available at the time. Tying to find quick fixes in the draft would be very difficult because of how long players usually take to develop...
