Yes. I would have through the best way was not "you need to delist at least 4 players", but "you need to ensure you have at least 4 picks in the draft". Meaning these picks may come through delisting players to make room, or having retirements. If someone trades a lot and gains a list of over 40 players, they must delist enough players to ensure they have at least 4 draft picks and a final list of 38 players (after the draft).

would we need to have 4 draft picks? especially since we all started with only three?
