After the fiasco of the Moorabbin redevelopment along with the loss of sponsorship and general state of morale at the saints, will the CEO now do the right thing and join the old board in resigning?

Why should he? Shouldn't you be worrying about your own club?

westaway said something along the lines that all the employees of the club will be reviewed but generally more employees will be added then sacked

GW also talked about working with AF in taking the club forward. While many of his current answers to journalists' questions seem to revolve around having to make some investigations of the organisation, GW would obviously have already been appraised of much of the current situation by John Gdanski. He seems quite comfortable retaining AF in the CEO's role, which is a good thing. In my view AF is very solid, but has had a very difficult time dealing with a board which had run its race, was concentrating on the wrong things and not taking appropriate advice.

I too believe that Archie is safe and will stay. I thought it was the other way around in that if Rod Butterss and his board stayed, Archie would be making his own decision to leave !!

Proudly assuming the title of forum Oracle and serving as the inaugural Saintsational ‘weak as piss brigade’ President .
