so we've determined that we would have carried on with "the momentum"
the fact that we won the next center clearance is irrelevant
the fact that there was still over 3/4 of footy where anything could happen left is irrelevant... it was that bit of play that cost us the match

plus had we beat port in 2004 i reckon the brions would of riped into us again remember they smashed us twice in that year

All I want is a premiership. I have absolutely everything I want out of my life and everything else I can either get or I will get it eventually. But is it too much to ask for this one moment of premiership glory? This saddens me. The more I think of it, the more I believe I will NEVER see it. Never.

Actually what I really want is to not be embarrassed to say i'm a st.kilda siupporter - I don't care if eevryone here says to be embarrased about who you support doesnt' make you a ture supporter -

im living amongst 99.99999999% Essendon/Collingwood/Carlton supporters and everyone looks condescendingly at me whenever I say I'ma st.kilda supporter.

I'm sick of it. I'm jealous of geelong - hell yes! Incredibly jealous. i want a premiership - I don't care if we're not good enough -I WANT US TO BE GOOD ENOUGH.

but most of all, I want to be able to hold my ehad up high and say "i'm a st.kilda supporter and not get looked down upon and the whole "Oh, poor you, being a st.kilda" look from everyone - it'll probably never happen because I think we'll need to adda substantial amount to our trophy cabinet but I would settle for just one premiership. no dynasty is required. Just one premiership. Too much to ask?

Im not jealous. We were not good enough - period. Havent been for 5 years. That said we have a good coasch and a side that does posess some quality in the right age bracket to seriously challenge - IF we can erase the last few years p!ss poor development/recruitment.
