 as someone on radio noted they even moved away from the stagfe so their sponsor Ford would have photos without toyota in the area.

But much more gracious than some of previous years.

good to hear and good on them.

Remember for the GF parade Ford agreed to Geelong players travelling in Toyota cars.

Ford has been a Geelong sponsor since I think 1928.....heaps longer than Toyota with the AFL!

The Cats and the city owe a shyte load to Ford.

(but there cars still suck, except for the Focus!)

Everything about Geelong this year smacks of class.

Well done on an amazing season. Costa and Bomber Thompson are very classy operators.

Costa spoke about having vigorous debate on the board but they would always leave united even if they had a difference of opinion. Also each board member would upon leaving meetings, 'keep their mouth shut.' Good advice Pres. COSTA and we would do well to take that on board.

Yes, I think this was very good. West Coast and Sydney in recent times, while some players have, there have been a lot of players "snatch" the medal and walk off. Poor form.

But Geelong were good. The only bloke who didn't shake a kids hand gave them a pat on the back instead, which is also fine in my books.
