Mind you it says a lot for Williams..
If it is Hardwick it will be his THIRD assistant to become a head coach.
Williams is churning out improvement in fringe players.....and in turning assistants into head coaches.
I even heard a head tennis coach talk on Williams today and comment how outstanding he is as a teacher.
