A mate of mine knows a girl who works at a real estate agents in Moorabbin.
She said Chris Judd has been calling and asking questions about high value properties in the area.
Win it for HIM!

Get her details and PM them to me.
I know of a nice place in Black Rock about to go on the market.
Could probably negotiate a reasonable price too if Chris is looking for work in the area.

Interested in Moorabbin properties, eh?
I wonder if he would be keen on a dirty great big footy ground with shithouse facilities.
You know, somewhere to exercise Bec, keep her weight down.

We could let him by a place and then swap with him. his place will undoubtably have better facilities.
And I will go down to Linton st on tuesdays and Thursdays and watch Bec run laps
Maybe this year?

Prices here are cheaper than Perth and his family is in Sandy.
Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell

I've got a few pals around St Kilda his age who could offer him a flatshare. Hell, if he comes to the Saints he can stay at my joint and I'll go kip at the Gatwick

Yeah you can pick up a house for $200K in Melbourne, but it'll cost you another $200k in petrol to commute to the city.

Is the $200k house actually in Melbourne and on a block of land?

Did Roddy end up selling the brighton Beach front mansion?
Here's a way to ensure you stay as president Rod.
Sell Juddy the mansion at a nominal figure (do a GT style vendor terms arrangement) as long as he comes to the Saints.
Proudly assuming the title of forum Oracle and serving as the inaugural Saintsational ‘weak as piss brigade’ President .

Nominal figure is fine, just don't loan him any of the money!
