ANOTHER man crying foul of the rebel group-ironically- is comedian Steve Bedwell. Remember him? Bedwell was the man who came forward in June to pledge that there would be a challenge to Rod Butterss' board. While his push was mocked in sections of the media, Bedwell said he was the man who began the Footy First movement, but they'd now turned their back on him and he was angry at being left out.
"The Westaway ticket is not returning my calls even though the genesis of the ideas were Andrew Westaway's (son of Greg) and mine," Bedwell told pssst.
"We had several meetings. They let me take the heat and abandonded me and now it's taken an unsavoury turn. It's completely smoke and mirrors stuff."

So Hutchy is now turning to Steve Bedwell in an attempt to gain some credibility !!
