Fraser also confirmed the club had agreed terms with Max Hudghton for another contract, after the solid defender turned 31 last week.

Aaron Hamill is in the last year of his lucrative contract next season. Fraser said St Kilda would wait until Hamill returned from rehab for his chronic knee injury before assessing his status.

I hadn't seen a time on Max but 1 is good,

heard someone speaking- possibly a manager who said they tried to renegotiate before the last year of a contract- Ie as has happened with Sam Fisher- to eleviate the rush at end of contracts.
So at end of 2nd year of 3 year contracts.

Hope Max gets a full preseason under his belt. Needs it badly.

Fully fit he is one of the best backs going around. Under done and he will just keep breaking down.
