Time for both the Crows and The Swans to think about their "next" windows and to go in for a bit of restructuring and youth.

Though either way I think the Saints will go past both teams in 2008.

Hopefully the swans will begin rebuilding by trading Jolly to us for our 2nd round pick ( & maybe Goodes for the 3rd!)

haha I was just about to post that! Spider (or Spida!) continues his glorious winning ways!

We can only hope that he goes to Geelong on holiday during the week, then stops of in Port Adelaide on the way over to West Coast! Go Hawks or Roos!

Goodes did look very good! Hall looked angry and Spida looked like a d**khead :lol:


When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

what a great weekend for saints fans....not often you get to see two ...no, three ....despised interstate teams get done over in a final....with two of them ...crows and swans...eliminated....... :wink: :wink: :lol: :lol:

If Mark Williams (the greatest coach in the AFL IMO) was in charge of the Swans, he would:

- Prematurely delist Barry, Everitt, Hall, Crouch and Bevan
- Trade Jolly for draft picks
- Recruit 5-6 youngsters
- Spend 2008 blooding youth, and pumping as many games in as possible
- Coach the Swans to a Preliminary Final in 2009


Of course, this won't happen as no other coach understands list management nearly as well as Williams does, and no other coach has the balls to make the tough calls.


Roos was fundamentally outcoached by Malthouse. Destroyed from the box. It was a disgraceful performance and highly inflexible.


They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.
