The woman sueing Fraser
For the first time today I thought I would have a look and see who this woman was who is sueing Fraser. I'm sorry but the picture on this article was taken the day after the supposed assault, she really looks like she is suffering from huge amounts of distress.

Nothing sh*ts more than idiots trying to cash in on people just because they are "someone".
Surely the justice system will see what these people are all about and throw it out of court!

I wouldn't have thought the two connected at all. In a civil court, an individual presses the case, in a criminal case, it's the state/crown that presses the charge. No?riccardo wrote:Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought opening a case in a civil court meant you forfieted rights to press criminal charges?
Or is that just in America?

There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

no...but of course it is easier to get a favourable judgment if the alleged assailants have been convicted in a criminal court...
..for the record, the civil onus of proof is on the balance of probabilities....whereas the criminal onus is beyond all reasonable doubt.....

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts.
