rumoured to be the money he is currently earning.
is 26 years old, and was told the may have to take a substancial pay cut to remain at the dockers or test the open market if he thinks he can get that type of money.
is he worth putting in an offer for?

Also the fact that for the last game of the year, supposedly with the dockers mathematically a chance to play finals, so said the worst orstrayan newspaper, Hase was suspended for missing a recovery session.
I'm sorry, you've gone through all the trouble to find out what this actually says and it really is quite insignificant.

If we can fit him into the cap, we have to go after him. The whole point of recruiting is to go after gun players, and Paul Hasleby is a gun. The odds of getting a better service from a player out of the draft are very slim.
The only concern is that he's struggled with fitness over the last couple of seasons. I think it may have even be the dreaded OP. They can't make a trade without checking if he's alright. He's similar to Ball in that he will try and play through anything. He's hardly missed any games since being drafted.

I'd be willing to offer him 250-300k per year preferably closer to 250k. I'd offer our secound round pick which they probably wouldn't accept but he doesn't seem to be on good terms with Freo. Maybe our third pick and a player. I'd definately enquire about him but wouldn't put all that much time into him. If we picked him up we would probably still wsnt to go after another quick midfelder and it would be hard to find a trade. We don't really have that many dispensible players with any weight for trade and we can't afford to trade away too many players.
Don't underestimate Haselby. I'd be very happy to have him at St Kilda.

I wouldn't be worrying about players at other clubs until Sheldon has gotten off his butt and gets Goose and Kosi's signatures on the appropriate documents to keep them at the club for 3 years.
Not sure that HazelD would be our best pick up surely we need someone with more youth on their side!
