Pre-Season Training Starts ..... !!

Post: # 448444Post Eastern »

If we apply to the AFL for a concession and the players only have a 6 week break then we will start on Monday 15 October.

If we want to give the guys an extra week off at Christmas and choose to have a 7 week break now we will start on Monday 22 October

If we take the full 8 weeks off we will resume on Monday 29 October

Of course, this will be different for the guys playing for Casey in the finals !!

Whatever the case, we should run the 10-15km time trials after this break, and before and after the xmas break. Keep players on their toes over their break.

Are the yAFL footballers or marathon runners. No need at all for those distance timetrials but 3 KM is fine.

lol yeah 10-15km time trials is ridiclous, plus pretty pointless. AFL is short burt, speedy game.

around the 10min mark for a 3k time trial is what draftee's a producing these days, so im not sure what AFL listed players get around.
