ALPA industrial action?
Just thinking and I know it wont happen being an election year and all. But can the AFLPA asocitation be fined for having industrial action (non comment on 7 journo's) in a non bargaining period? I believe this to be the case with the IR laws with big financial penalties and possible imprisonment.
