My son is playing in the Auskick match as a SAINT!
Hey guy's,
Keep an eye out for the short saints player with straight brown hair.
Don't know what number but he is playing as a Saint.
Plays in the forward pocket mostly.
He reckons he is going to do the chainsaw if he kicks a goal!
He is pretty happy about it too!
So am I

Well it makes me feel old!rymax wrote:I think I feel young with you people talking about your kids doing it. I remember playing for the Saints in the rain one day at Waverley against Carlton in 1998. Made up for the disappointment of having to play for Hawthorn against the Saints the previous round.
I was representing the Saints the day (1983-84?) Robbie Muir blew up at Princes Park. We heard a huge roar & we all ran down the race from the dressing room to see what was going on.
In those days we actually got changed in the same rooms as what the seniors do and played the full length of the ground.

its funny cause his mum was filming him play from the fence then she moved onto the ground (she had a pass as she was a team helper) security informed her she wasnt allowed to film on the ground but she was welcome to do so from the other side of the fence .Nick_Dal_Santo = ChAmPiOn wrote:i played on the G once for little league. I played for the Saints LL in 82 and 83, played at Kardinia Park and Moorabbin. It was a pretty cool experience.PLUGGER14 wrote:Well it makes me feel old!rymax wrote:I think I feel young with you people talking about your kids doing it.
