Great finish to the year , has really grown and starting to play with confidence to use his skills at the elite level. Had a big hand into today's win.

Started well and plateaued a bit in the middle to later part of the season but it’s good that he’s run the season out with some heavy numbers.

Hopefully we build him out to be a gun mid.

Ross called him out in the presser
“Probably best on ground in the last quarter”

What a great pickup for us to have played every game this year

Might have been a good time to rest him during the 8 week patch where he averaged 12pg

His last few were very good

Excellent debut season.

Modern footballer with that huge running capacity.
Good footskills and good overhead as well.

Looks every bit a potential quality 200 game player.

He will play 250-300+ imo

I think he will be about as good (albeit different) to Joey Montagna

He finished 4th in the Rising Star voting . The three blokes ahead of him in the voting are all 2nd or 3rd year players . The ineligible Sam Darcy also is not 1st year. So there is a strong argument that Wilson is the second best 2023 draftee, behind only Harley Reid. Well done to him and all involved in his selection and development.

I know you are responding to someone else and probably making a point - but I has to ask ..... Do you also think the sun is hot???

Somebody on here picked him out as a junior before we recruited him. Can't remember who - but well spotted, that man!

Is he our Isaac Heeney in the making? Same height, potential to develop a strong body, gut runner, can take a grab, courageous, versatile, clever.

I just do not get these comparisons to other players.

Players such as Wilson bring their own skills and ethics seeking to be the best and most influential player they can be.

So we follow HIS career.
