Re: Votes v Cats
5. Cal Wilkie - blunder not withstanding, was fantastic
4. Zac Jones - looked to me like the only mid that came to play 4 quarters. One of a few that stood up against the dominance
3. Hunter Clark - IMO the most damaging mid. Right spots and put the ball in the right places for goals time and time again
2. Darcy Wilson - Wow. Just wow. Practically a captains game.
Jack Steele please forgive me… you stepped up in the second half and dominated but we needed you from the start…
1. Hugo Garcia - first play he won the hard contest, quick back and forth and set the goal with a sublime pass. Deft touches, run downs, got to contests, a great holding the ball… won us the game in the last with just a spark. Into the top 22 next week

Re: Votes v Cats
Great team win. Many solid contributions and some outstanding efforts from hard nuts Owens, Webster Stocker and our captain - the tackling machine who's been kicking goals lately
Wilson, Wilkie, Steele, Higgins and Wood were amazing in the third quarter.
Half way through the last quarter when scores were level, it was Hunter Clark that got us going with his clearance work. Paddy Dow wasn't too shabby either. Both very good in that crucial period. As was Snags again. I'm giving him votes for his ground ball wins and his ability to set us up. 3 goal assists is significant!!

Apologies to Higgins, Battle (who kept Cameron quiet until it no longer mattered), Clark, Membrey, Sinclair and several more. It was a great team performance after the toxic first quarter.
