Max King vs Kurt Tippett at age 22

I was trying to think of someone (a tall forward like Max King) who earnt a huge salary and secured himself a massive contract based on potential...but ultimately didn't deliver due to inconsistency...and fragility

Kurt Tippett 202cm. That's the same height as what the AFL has for Maxy.

So I compared one of Maxy's best years vs Kurt at the same age. Eerily similar

And.... also eerily similar for career*averages. Kurt got a lot more tackles...and he helped out in the ruck. Max King is our dominant forward. Tippett played second fiddle during his career, especially at his second club.
