Keep building from the ground up, otherwise we'll always be a step behind the clubs that invest in their football development programs.

We don't have go too far. There's a wealth of talent in our backyard. And we don't need high draft picks either...

keep tanking and go the national draft for a few more years like North have, they will rise up the ladder quite steeply next year.
