Not sure about player conditions as I only see what they look like on TV but RTB said the following early last month with the aim of attracting players from other clubs.

“Our environment is pretty important. We like to think we give them a lot of time off. They get 3.5 days a week off, so it's 16 hours in and a game day. I think that's as healthy as anyone in the competition",

To me

You look at the style of player, and what fitness component they require to play to their strengths and build that

Ie/ Endurance, Power, Strength, speed

Steele is a big bodied inside clearance mid - to get him to strip weight and become a runner actually takes away from his 1 wood - stoppage work

He should be a high 80’s kg mid to compete with the big boys

On the other hand

Brad hill is an endurance animal with speed

He obviously plays outside and is best in space he should be in the 70s kg

This made me laugh.

Thilthorpe has literally been in the gym for 12 months and moves like a tectonic plate.

King has had 5 years to get in the gym!

He is built like a stick insect

Thilthorpe looked pretty mobile to me - he have Dougal the run around

7 possessions in a Q and 2 goals

Both King brothers look like they could easily snap in half around the waste area but it's hard to know from sight only to know how powerful they are, however, it goes without saying that Max has had less time to spend in the Gym this year.

When you see Brad up close you see muscle definition in his upper body and his legs are rocks. You don't get that from just running laps.

It’s hard to increase the size of your upper body when you’ve had shoulder injuries.

Steele said that when RTB came in, he told Steele to get lean.
Steele said he n Seb had been at 90 the previous year
