Changes for Sydney
Out Wilson, In Garcia
Give Wilson a rest and reward the hard work Garcia has been putting in.
Out Campbell, In Heath
I've been a fan of Campbell but with the season now gone, it is worth having a look at Heath.
Out King, In Stocker
Battle, Wilkie, Webster
Milera, Cammaniti, Bonner
Marshall, Steele, Sinclair, Clark
Henry, Owens, Butler
Sharman, Heath, Higgins
Clark, Shoenmakers, Dow, Garcia
Sub: Stocker
If the forward line ends up needing an extra target any of Wood, Hammer or Battle can swing forward.
Heath and Marshall to swap on the ground as much as possible.

Re: Changes for Sydney
It’s great to see Pou doing well in the reserves, but he needs a sustained block of games before he comes back in. Once he returns I’d be Hopi he never goes back to the twos again.B.M wrote: ↑Mon 01 Jul 2024 10:12am How many Schoenmakers do we have?

Very promising form for Sandy though.
I’d definitely give Heath a go. Campbell looked and played like an old man. Couldn’t get off the ground and was monstered by a younger, more athletic no name

Re: Changes for Sydney
Out: Campbell
In Poo
King to play as back up ruck ala Daniher.
Continue with the Hammer experiment down back
Lost by a point so shouldn't be too shocked.
May consider Stocker for Shoemaker

Competent umpires.
No of course not. Just joking.
Hope the shockers go our way.

Re: Changes for Sydney
Saints playing Sydney at Marvel on Sunday.
We can't make the amount of changes we need.
After the Saints get towelled up by the best team in the comp i'm predicting Saintsational will have completely imploded by
nightfall on Sunday.

In the VFL
You don’t leave good kids there too long
He should’ve gone back in r16 last year for a month

Re: Changes for Sydney
I was disappointed with Dow. So he gets dropped for mine. I would persist with Campbell if he was going to be around long term, but we know that's not happening...so King becomes the fill in ruckman.
Out: Campbell, Dow
In: Pou, Garcia
Wilson becomes the sub. And Sharman gets a full game.
I'm ok with Phillipou back in the side, but no way does he play in the middle against the Sydney Swans
I'd be plonking him in the forward line. Hopefully he gets an early goal for his confidence.
I think St Kilda needs to mix things up. Try Higgins in the middle from the start of the game...or how bout this revolutionary idea...try our biggest and quickest contested ball beast at the first centre bounce alongside Rowan Marshall
Put Owens in the middle to win the footy...but not as a fill in ruckman. I'd have Mich contesting at centre bounce and drifting forward after that on most occasions.
We can't afford to take Caminiti out of the backline so King needs to help out his team in the ruck. Earn your keep motherfucjer

With the possibility that Campbell goes out and Pou/Heath come in.

Re: Changes for Sydney
Would love to see Campbell and Heath share the ruck load while Marshall plays forward.
Given there's a clear line through 2024 now, it'd be great to see Heath and Keeler get a run at some stage.

Re: Changes for Sydney
I am disappointed with the inns for Sundays game we could have made a statement and played some players who were really burning it up in the VFL.
Heath is killing it so is Garcia Hall has done ok as well but we go back to the older players Membery as much as I like him has not played a good game in the AFL all year and didn't do much last week in the VFL, Paton was ok and Byrnes will come in play his 2 AFL games where he does ok and then disappears for the rest of his games. Poo is a good move he has a body of work in the VFL and had a good bunch of games.

Membrey shouldn't be in.
Jones maybe.
Paton had a vanilla write-up so I am surprised he's named

Re: Changes for Sydney
Typical vanilla selections Pou and Howard probably the best options but when will they realise that Members, Jones and Byrnes are either past it or not up to it, time to give Heath, Garcia and Keeler a crack they maybe the future.
