Byrnes played on him exclusively in the first half on a wing and was destroyed. 3rd a was a bit of Wilson & Wood + Byrnes. Byrnes on him in the last q and was superb.
RB is very limited but he’s a power runner if nothing else and stayed with EG. Credit where it’s due.

Jimmy Bartel just said Steele went on Gulden in the last quarter and kept him to 1 possession.
The list changes for 2025 have begun, always an interesting time for an avid supporter.

Steele definitely played on the inside in the last - don’t think he’s ever played wing?!
Hill, Byrnes and Wilson played wing - Battle followed McDonald there for 5 mins when Sydney tried to play a spare
Gulden got it a lot of it in the first half, but was ineffective and I can’t believe I’m saying this - Byrnes was more effective
