Shame he didn’t get picked up - guess he was just too risky a prospect.
Also wouldn’t have minded seeming him stay on at Sandy if that was the case - good clubman

I grew up in Port, home of the Burroughs...
I'll get my rellies living nearby, to go watch him for old times' sake.
(I grew up there when it was all Housing Commission families in the little village to the west of Bay St.
When most of my neighbours sold up and moved to bigger houses in Hoppers Crossing)
