Most teams have a similar sheet.
You just need to get it right more often than not.
Also the need to develop players after they're picked is often forgotten. Poor development looks like poor drafting at times.

Seems counter intuitive to me that clubs that finished above us get to pick before us and that Bulldogs and Geelong who are relatively recent premiers also get picks before us. Is the draft supposed to lift clubs according to performance or be some kind of sporting bitcoin currency. Remember what derivatives did to the financial markets.

A lot of those players in that list were picked after pick 20, so not really first rounders
