Re: Least players used
Players who missed.
Campbell- back up roll
Highmore- defender
Coffield- injured most the year
------------------
Players who are yet to debut
Max Heath- developing ruck
Angus Mclennon- defender
Olli Hotton- injured most the year
Oscar Adams- key defender
Matt Allison- injured
----------‐-----------
Entirely reasonable list imo

Re: Least players used
Least players used? Let's see why those who missed out on getting a game.
Keeler: Injured for most of the season and not fit or ready for AFL
Hotton: See Keeler
McLennan: See Keeler
Allison: See Keeler
Adams: Not yet AFL standard
Van Es: see Adams
Heath: Developing but not ready for AFL
Coffield: Injured for most of the season. Had players ahead of him when he finally got fit
McKenzie: Injured for whole season apart from two VFL games
Highmore: A stable backline kept him out
Connolly: Not a midfielder, but a halfback. Was not going to displace Wanganeen-Milera or Webster
Campbell: Marshall's durability and form kept him out.

Re: Least players used
We also only had 8 players play every game.
Sinclair, Wilkie, Crouch, Wanganeen, Phillipou, Marshall, Butler & Wood.
Only Wilkie (108), Sinclair (48), Marshall (38) and Butler (34) have played more the 30 consecutive games.

Re: Least players used
Safe to say it was to a certain extent out of our control we used so few players.
No doubt Hotton would likely have got a taste if not for injury, potentially McLennan also.
Fair to say Coffield would have also had opportunities!
Let’s hope we have a better start to our next pre season.

Re: Least players used
So really
We’ve been pretty stable - mid/def
Just who was injured- key forwards
King/Hayes/Membrey

Re: Least players used
Mids not quite stable, but injuries were backed up from forwards as they returned.
Steele playing under duress (achilles, knee)
Wood playing under duress (shoulder after round 3)
Ross hamstrings
Jones injuries
Owens in and out of midfield/fwd roles
Pou in and out of midfield/fwd roles
