Saints finals MVP predictions
Who is it?
For me, it's NWM
If you choose an obvious one (Sinclair, Marshall, Wilkie) then give a smokey or "most improved" as well.

Give me Mason Wood - will play like it might be his only opportunity for serious finals footy

Re: Saints finals MVP predictions
Did you note RL didn't mention Sharman on FC the other night when talking about who our future of core young players are ...but he did ooze in his praise for Camaniti and even suggesting he could overtake King.
After Sharmans shocker against the Lions I'd be gob smaked if he is selected.

If we don't win this one with Higgins 5 and 3 in the third. Then we might both be right.

Re: Saints finals MVP predictions
It's so important for King that he's well supported. Lone target up forward doesn't work for us.
A good game from King means that the other forwards are playing well.

Re: Saints finals MVP predictions
Totally, and also if the midfield is performing well especially RoMa, and if Hayes and Members can spread from King and the midfield are moving the ball quickly then that gives King his best opportunity to work his opponent over.Otiman wrote: ↑Tue 05 Sep 2023 7:53pmIt's so important for King that he's well supported. Our forward line will really need the midfield to fire though.

Steele, he's built for finals footy.
Others are built to be gobbed.

Re: Saints finals MVP predictions
Well considering Hayes is not available now Sharman probably gets a sneaky chance but not if Howard comes up you'd think, Sharms just not cut out for finals type footy, the Lions game showed that with him sitting firmly at the bottom of the stats sheet.

Re: Saints finals MVP predictions
I expect Cheeto Owens and Matt Pou to play out of their skins
If Jack Steele is best on ground this week, we will win against GWS
If Marshall is best on ground in week 2, we will win
If Wilkie is best on ground in week 3, we win
If Sincs is best on in week 4, we will be partying until 2024 and beyond
