King under cloud pre-game?
Went into TAB site about 10 minutes before start and noticed King not listed in the betting to score a single goal or multiple goals.
Came over to Saintsational expecting him to be a late out, but surprised he wasn’t !
Returned to TAB site and he was now included.
Was it a stuff up on TAB’s part or did they have mail he wasn’t playing which was subsequently overturned?

The incident looked like nothing, have we heard what he did yet?

The training incident last year was also pretty innocuous

I've said this before...
Take the #12 off him, keep it vacant until he bloody earns it.
Too much pressure on him

Re: King under cloud pre-game?
King has been poor recently.
But stkilda have been dreadful
For King to succeed we need to kick it too him fast. Quick ball movement to a leading player.
Slow ball movement and kicking it on his head he has little to no hope. With slow ball movement he will need to take pack marks or beat 3 (or more)
But he needs to move more. Lead and present. Too often he is stagnant. Bought about by slow movement forward.
Aweful to see him injured again.

This is where Max and Ben would compliment each other.
For whatever reason Max does not like to present to the ball carrier, where Ben is more natural on the lead.
The two Kings with there size athleticism and contrasting styles in a forward line including Phillipou/ Owens/ Membrey as hybrid talls, Higgins, Buttler, Gresham, Jones, Billings as smalls back up from Caminiti, Sharman would be a handful for any defense.
As long as we take Ben as a RFA I’m all in.
Would not want to pay the draft pick price, particularly on the back of what we gave up for Hill.

Re: King under cloud pre-game?
The only way they would complement each other (apparently they never compliment each other) would be if Max did his shoulder, went down into the change rooms and then came back out seemingly all fixed (and vv). But, like Superman and Clark Kent, they are never seen on the ground together.D.B.Cooper wrote: ↑Sun 09 Jul 2023 8:58am This is where Max and Ben would compliment each other.
