Re: Seb ross
I hope he was being managed?!
He’s a paid professional footballer - if not in the seniors - he should be running around in the VFL finding form.
He could do with a couple in the seconds!

Re: Seb ross
Not sure why they're happy to 'manage' Seb but refuse to do the same for a clearly hampered Steele?

It's usually a call made by a player
If Jack Steele says he's good then coach and match committee select him

Re: Seb ross
if he's too sore for AFL, but can train at less intensity, then at least he could do Zebs, which is a step up from training.
It would also tell him that unless he finds his form from early rounds, this is a preview of his future. Reminder that he needs to 'earn' his spot

Sometimes players need to be saved from themselves, hence the reason they have HIAs in games.

Re: Seb ross
From outside it looks to me like Seb is a real pro. He just keeps ticking. No need to do any more or any less than required. And rational.
Ivan Lendl
Kept playing on the circuit long after stardom. Showing up in good shape. Didn't bust a nut. Did what he does best, season by season, as he dropped down the rankings. Steady as she goes, all the way. Set up a good gym business too.

Re: Seb ross
For those who suffer from ADD, when the team was announced the Club clearly stated that Seb was being "managed". Not injured, not dropped, not dead. Just given the weekend off to make sure he is right for the remainder of the season.

Re: Seb ross
I would suggest being given the weekend off to make sure he is right for the rest of the season is defined as “being managed”.Trev from the Bush wrote: ↑Mon 26 Jun 2023 3:20pm For those who suffer from ADD, when the team was announced the Club clearly stated that Seb was being "managed". Re: Seb ross
Surely related to his failure to man up or chase Taranto when Taranto kicked the match-winning goal. Was highlighted by Kane Cornes and demanded some sort of response.

Re: Seb ross
If he was dropped I don't see why they'd be worried about saying "omitted". Seems like he was actually managed as he didn't play reserves and will come back in this week or next.Waltzing St Kilda wrote: ↑Mon 26 Jun 2023 4:37pm Surely related to his failure to man up or chase Taranto when Taranto kicked the match-winning goal.
